The United States continues its struggle to create indirectly the division among our Latin American nations.

Based on old stereotypes of an allegedly help in relation to local problems that are of great interest for Latin American governments, the Unites States applies the overused slogans to disguise the true intentions of the US Pentagon: To destabilize Latin American progressive governments.

The aforementioned military base was inaugurated by the US ambassador, Alejandro Wolff, and representatives of the Chilean Armed Forces.

This new type of School for the Americas coincides with the strategic actions planned to be carried out against the progressive governments from South America.

Chilean Political and social leaders pointed out that the so-called” humanitarian aid’s protocols” that have come from the United States have never been free from lots of criticism, especially due to their bad work shown in Haiti.

Branches that belong to the South Commando include the Western Hemispheric Institute for the Cooperation in Security issues and the former School for the Americas given that it is considered that people like dictators like Manuel Noriega from Panama, Hugo Banzer from Bolivia and Manuel Contreras, who was the former chief of the DNA during the Augusto Pinochet´s dictatorship, among other criminals, were trained there.
