|Cuba, Machado Ventura Meets with Irani Vice-President

HAVANA, Cuba.- Cuban First Vice-President Jose Ramon Machado Ventura met this Monday noon with the Vice-President of the Islamic Republic of Iran Ali Saeidlo, who is on an official visit to Cuba.
During the meeting the two officials reviewed the excellent bilateral relationships and ratified the two countries willingness to continue strengthening their friendship and cooperation.
Dr Saeidlo gave Machado Ventura an official invitation for Cuban President Raul Castro to attend the coming Non-Aligned Movement Summit, schedule for Teheran next August 30-31
The Iranian VP was accompanied by the ambassador to Cuba Ali Chegeny, and the general director for North and Central America Kamiz Jalali. On the Cuban part attended Bruno Rodríguez, Foreign Affaire Minister.
