Latin America, the Caribbean country will take to Paris the richest and most traditional of its culinary art.
This text has the guarantee of being among the Gourmand Best awards of the last quarter of the century, as confirmed by the president of the Gourmand World Cookbook Awards, Edouard Cointreau.
It has also awarded the Latin American Prize at the international competition for the Best Cookbook of the World 2016, held in Yantai, People's Republic of China.
