First Vice Cuban President Inaugurates Gym at Latin American Stadium

Miguel Díaz Canel Bermúdez, who is the first vice president of the State Council of Cuba, broke the tape that left officially inaugurated a new gym at the Latin American Stadium.

Located around the first base, the new gym will enable the national teams to train through all the baseball categories.

“In this world, it is known the importance of the human strength not only to improve the sports performance but also to make more long-lived the athletes and decreasing their parameters of injures.” Ph.D. Francisco Montesinos said in statements to the new local facility.”

“This gym that we are currently inaugurating today has all the related equipment to work all the muscular structure, more than twenty muscles which are capable to contract and stretching out a total of 600 ones that are part of the human anatomy.” Dr. Francisco Montesinos pointed out.

After breaking the tape, Miguel Díaz Canel walked through the gym and he was explained by the specialist of the local sports INDER institution, Irina Méndez, about its modern opening.

The president of INDER, who were led by its president Ph.D. Antonio Becali, were present in the inaugural ceremony and the event´s main words were pronounced by Víctor García, who is the director of the supplying deparment of the INDER.
