Havana to host international Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical workshop

An International Workshop on Business Development in the Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industries will be held in Havana from next November 25 to 27, the Cuban Embassy in Italy announced today.
#BioNegociosCuba2019 will be organized by the Cuban Biotechnology and Pharmaceutical Industries Group (BioCubaFarma) assisted by the United Nations Industrial Development Organization's Office for Investment and Technology Promotion in Italy (UNIDO ITPO Italy), Prensa Latina reported.
Participants in the workshop will have the opportunity to learn first-hand valuable information through presentations of BioCubaFarma projects and direct exchanges with representatives of the Group's companies.
Foreign representatives will also present their strengths and capabilities at the event, which aspires to become an excellent exchange opportunity to foster beneficial alliances among all foreign and Cuban participants, the statement says.
