Mozambique’s Premier Receives Cuban Vice-President

HAVANA, Cuba.- Aires Bonifacio Alí, Prime Minister of Mozambique received on Tuesday afternoon Cuban Vice-President Esteban Lazo at the Maputo’s Government Palace.
Both leaders spoke of the relations of friendship and cooperation between the two countries and exchanged on international topics, according to Granma newspaper.
As part of the activities the Cuban delegation to Mozambique, Lazo had a meeting with Cuban personnel that work in that African nation.
He also laid a floral wreath at the monument to the martyrs of the Mozambique independence struggles, visited the Maputo Central Hospital, where 36 Cuban doctors work and attended a solidarity-with-Cuba act.
