The national director of Epidemiology of the Ministry of Public Health of Cuba, Dr. Francisco Durán, reported Tuesday two deaths and 487 positive samples to Covid19 during the last 24 hours. Forty-four cases were from international travelers.
The island now accumulates 15 494 cases and 155 fatalities since the beginning of the epidemic.
For a third consecutive day, the new cases set a new record for the highest number reported in a day. For these diagnoses, 14 350 samples were tested.
