The entity was created following the entry into force of Law 162\/2023 \u201cOn Social Communication\u201d and Decree 102 \u201cRegulations for the Practice of Advertising and Sponsorship,\u201d legislation that governs the placement of commercial messages in the country\u2019s media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Affiliated with the Cuban Institute of Communications (ICS), the Central Media Subsidiary aims to guide advertisers and sponsors in selecting campaigns, media outlets, and budgets, in order to optimize investment and ensure adequate returns.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to institutional information, the media subsidiary acts as a specialized advertising assistant, advising on the best dissemination options and supporting companies in planning their communication strategies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The service includes the possibility of placing advertisements on radio stations such as Radio Rebelde and Radio Ta\u00edno, as well as on Cuban Television and the Cuban Radio Portal online, among other nationally broadcast platforms.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
