The ruling obliges Go4Baby S.L. to cease advertising on its website and social media, as well as to publish the court\u2019s ruling in media outlets that reproduced the illegal campaign.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The company was declared in default, a legal status that implies failure to respond to the lawsuit. Therefore, the court ruled without opposition from the defendant and imposed court costs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Although the ruling was issued on March 19, the Go4Baby website continues to offer surrogacy services in Ukraine and emphasizes that surrogate mothers have \u201cno legal rights\u201d over the children born.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
