He is the mouthpiece of corrupt and vindictive interests, concentrated in South Florida, which do not represent the feelings of the majority of the American people, nor of the Cubans who live there.\u201d the Foreign Minister wrote in X.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Writing on his X account, the Cuban foreign minister said: \u201cHe continues to talk about $100 million in aid, which Cuba has not rejected, but whose cynicism is evident to anyone given the devastating effects of the economic blockade and the energy embargo.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Bruno Rodr\u00edguez argued that the Secretary of State is exploiting the infamous date of May 20th, which inaugurated a neocolonial period for Cuba, as a dependent appendage of the United States, a status to which the top U.S. diplomat wants Cuba to return.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cNeocolonial Cuba and the Platt Amendment are the past.
