Symptoms include fever, muscle cramps, headache, sore throat, followed by kidney and liver dysfunction and, in some cases, internal and external bleeding.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">On June 5, the WHO and Africa CDC detailed a six\u2011month preparedness and response plan for the Bundibugyo strain, requiring $518 million in funding, health authorities said.
