On Sunday, Trump announced that Russia and Ukraine had agreed to suspend attacks on each other\u2019s energy infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

According to Axios, Trump announced the truce after repeatedly asking Zelensky to halt attacks on Russian refineries, arguing that Ukrainian strikes were also harming U.S. consumers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
International analysts consider the U.S. war against Iran and the problems in the Strait of Hormuz to be the true drivers of rising global fuel prices.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
