It was also an ideal space to generate collaborative projects between the institutions and the participants.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The event, organized by the Faculty of Law of the University of Havana, was sponsored by various academic and research centers in Italy, Mexico and Cuba.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The science of Comparative Law is intrinsically controversial and innovative, as it introduces into the study of Law an analytical and transdisciplinary dimension that cuts across all its branches.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Within the framework of constitutional law, the legal comparison becomes more complex due to the influence of history, context, identities, politics, systems, ideology, among many other variables.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>The First International Congress of Comparative and Constitutional Law, ends this Thursday at the emblematic National Hotel in Havana.
