Cuban President Miguel Diaz-Canel addressed the rally gathered at the commemoration for the 70th anniversary of the attacks on the Moncada and Carlos Manuel de Cespedes garrisons early Wednesday morning.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the central words of the ceremony, President Miguel D\u00edaz-Canel referred to the history of the Hero City, which yesterday reached its 508th anniversary.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
