Specialized Rescue and Rescue Forces of Cuba found this Wednesday the lifeless body of a person trapped in rubble after the collapse of a building in Old Havana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Preliminary reports indicate that the victim is Ram\u00f3n P\u00e1ez, who was at the scene at the time of the accident and was reported missing.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The incident occurred in the early morning hours in a building located on Lamparilla Street No. 362, between Villegas and Aguacate, in the capital’s municipality of Old Havana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Due to the collapse of the building, Yoandra Su\u00e1rez, a 40-year old rescue technician with more than 11 years in the job, and Luis Alejandro Llerena, 23-year old professional rescuer lost their lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
According to the Ministry of the Interior, 13 families lived at the scene of the events, with 54 people who were evacuated.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
