Lavrov, foreign minister from the Russian Federation, will arrive in Cuba next Monday, February 19, according to a statement issued by the Cuban foreign ministry.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This is Lavrov&#8217;s ninth visit to Cuba since his appointment to the post.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As part of the program, the distinguished visitor is scheduled to hold meetings with Miguel Diaz-Canel Bermudez, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Cuba and president of the country, and with Bruno Rodriguez Parrilla, minister of foreign affairs.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The visit to Cuba takes place within the framework of a tour by the Russian foreign minister to other countries of the region.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Serguei V.
