The Cuban Aviation airline suspended its flights on April 23 and 24 to Argentina, because companies that provide fuel for aircraft in that country refused to provide service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
To justify such a decision, the companies invoked the provisions of the blockade measures imposed by the United States against the Caribbean nation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Cuban airline reported in a statement that “this refusal has been extended to other airlines contracted by Cubana de Aviaci\u00f3n\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The airline company detailed that passengers booked on these flights that are in Cuba will be protected, sending them back on flights of other airlines that have a connection with Argentina. Meanwhile, passengers who have not started their trip may receive one hundred percent reimbursement of their air ticket.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
