The Cuban men’s volleyball team of Jorge Luis Alayo and Noslen Diaz continues to show a great level at the Olympic Games in Paris and on Tuesday achieved its second victory against one of the best teams in the world, Brazilians Andre and George.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The partials of the victory of Alvarez Cuti\u00f1o’s students were 21-13 and 21-18 against the second couple in the world, favorite in the key and medalist in the main tournaments of the world circuit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Cubans were far superior in attack (26-19), blocking 6-2 and in service 3-1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
With spectacular blocking, Alayo once again put the public in his pocket and reaffirmed himself as one of the best and most charismatic players nowadays.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In their first outing, the Cubans overcame the strong American pairing of Partain and Benesh also in two sets (21-18, 21-18).<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Now they rest firmly at the top of the group with 2-0, and victories over two of the top teams in the world, the United States and Brazil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
