The Foreign Affairs Committee of the U.S. House of Representatives issued a sharp warning, stating on its official X account that \u201cTrump and Rubio are pushing for regime change in Venezuela<\/a>. The American people do not want another war, and Congress cannot allow any president to start one illegally or unilaterally. That\u2019s not how the Constitution works.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
