\u201cLook, we\u2019ll see what happens with Venezuela,\u201d he added, before reiterating his claim that the Venezuelan government \u201csent thousands of people from prisons, mental institutions, and drug addicts.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
In the CBS interview, when pressed about the presence of an aircraft carrier\u2014referring to the USS Gerald Ford, the largest and most sophisticated in the fleet, which could suggest an air operation\u2014Trump responded sarcastically that \u201cit has to be somewhere, it\u2019s very big.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Throughout the interview, Trump frequently interrupted the journalist to talk about immigration whenever she tried to return to her questions and avoided giving concrete answers. When asked whether Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro \u201chas his days numbered,\u201d Trump was quick to answer: \u201cI\u2019d say yes, I think so.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n
