In one of the matches in Group F, the Cubans dominated in straight sets, 21-11 and 21-6, with superiority in attack (24-15), blocking (3-0), and serving (4-1). They committed only one error of their own, compared to 11 by their weaker opponents.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
D\u00edaz stood out offensively with 22 points (20 from attacks and two aces), and Alayo contributed nine points (4 attacks, 3 blocks, 2 serves). For the Africans, Tohouegnon scored 11 points and Daouda five.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
