The United States launched a new wave of strikes across Iran for the 13th consecutive night, while Iran’s Islamic Revolution Guard Corps (IRGC) said it had targeted U.S. military assets in the region, claiming damage to American facilities and casualties among U.S. troops.

According to U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM), the latest operation began at 6:45 p.m. Eastern Time and targeted what Washington described as Iranian military capabilities and threats to commercial shipping.
Iranian media reported explosions across the country, with local officials confirming strikes in Bandar Abbas, Jask Port, Konarak Port, Ahvaz, Omidiyeh, Andimeshk, Khorramabad, Anarak, Nain, Borujerd, Taft, Shirkuh, Firuzabad, near Khondab in Markazi Province, and on Qeshm Island. Al Mayadeen’s correspondent reported that 16 Iranian cities were targeted.
In Hormozgan Province, the deputy governor for political and security affairs said several civilians were injured in the strike on Bandar Abbas Port. IRNA reported power outages in parts of the port following the attack, while provincial emergency officials later said electricity would be restored within an hour. Iranian state television also reported that air defenses were activated in Tehran as explosions were heard elsewhere.
The Khuzestan Province Council said four people were killed and five others were injured in attacks near Ahvaz.
The IRGC said its air defense forces intercepted and destroyed a U.S. Tomahawk cruise missile over Kahnuj in Kerman Province. According to Fars News Agency, the missile was detected and destroyed while still in the city’s airspace.
Separately, the IRGC said the 27th wave of Operation Nasr 2 targeted the remaining building of an Amazon data center, which it alleged played a key role in supporting U.S. military intelligence operations. The force said the facility was destroyed and added that its “punitive operations” were continuing.
In a separate statement, the IRGC said it launched ultra-heavy drones at a large ammunition depot at the U.S. Ali Al-Salem base, claiming the depot was destroyed in a series of explosions. It also said six large personnel barracks at the base were destroyed, three others sustained significant damage, and several U.S. troops were killed or wounded.
The IRGC further claimed that the U.S. military had suffered hundreds of fatalities and many more wounded during the five-month conflict, alleging that Washington had concealed the true scale of its losses. It cited the daily medical evacuation of wounded personnel to a U.S. hospital in Germany as evidence for its claims and called on U.S. media organizations to investigate the reported casualties, military damage and financial costs of the war.
