I reaffirmed Cuba’s commitment to this important mechanism to advance the necessary integration among the countries of our region, he added.
SELA is a regional intergovernmental organization, headquartered in Caracas, Venezuela, comprised of 28 countries in Latin America and the Caribbean. The entity was created on October 17, 1975, by the Constitutive Agreement of Panama.
