Cuba’s prime minister highlights participation in Soberanía platform

Manuel Marrero Cruz, Prime Minister of Cuba, highlighted on the social network X the growing use of Soberanía, the Cuban government’s information and services platform.

In his message, the Prime Minister emphasized that Soberanía, online since July 10, has already received more than 44,300 visits and 650 user reviews.

Marrero Cruz considered that at this stage, public participation is crucial for improving services and adding those of greatest interest to citizens.

Sovereignty is a Cuban government tool that promotes digital transformation, facilitates online procedures, promotes institutional transparency, and streamlines the relationship between citizens and public administration.

The platform, which can be accessed at https://www.soberania.gob.cu/, allows users to submit requests for registration certifications, immigration procedures, housing subsidies, and popular consultations, among other services.
