The Ministry of Energy and Mines has clarified that the reports on social media about the alleged removal of a Turkish-made power generator from Cuba, are totally false.
According to the official statement, the vessel’s arrival is part of the company’s logistical operations, which do not impact the country’s electricity production capacity.
The authorities urge the public to rely on official sources to prevent the dissemination of false information.
