On Wednesday, the Israeli human rights organization B’Tselem denounced that Israeli occupation forces raided the Khirbet a-Taban community in the early hours of the morning, in the southern Hebron Hills, and completely demolished the village.

“Israel continues erasing Palestinian communities at an increasingly rapid pace as part of the ethnic cleansing it is carrying out in the West Bank. The world continues to do nothing while Palestinians and their lives remain completely exposed to Israeli violence,” B’Tselem Director Yuli Novak said.
Images shared by human rights show excavators tearing down homes, animal pens, cisterns and storage facilities that had allowed about 70 people, including 28 minors, to live there.
Khirbet a-Taban is the 66th Palestinian community to be completely displaced by Israel since October 2023, when the Zionist offensive in Gaza began. Those 66 communities are joined by another 18 that have been partially displaced.
About 4,931 Palestinians — including approximately 2,339 children and adolescents — have been forcibly removed from their homes in the West Bank during that period, in what B’Tselem describes as part of an “ethnic cleansing” policy.
COGAT, the Israeli military body responsible for managing civil affairs in the occupied West Bank, alleged that today’s demolitions targeted “illegal structures that had been erected inside an Army firing zone.”
Zionist Forces Kill Refugees In Jabalia
On Wednesday, Israeli occupation forces killed at least two minors in the Jabalia refugee camp, in northern Gaza. The two dead were identified as Ibrahim Ismail Al Hersh, 16, and Hazem Hatem Marshoud, 17. Their bodies were taken to Shifa Hospital in Gaza City.
One of the latest attacks took place in the Mawasi area, in southwestern Gaza and one of the Strip’s main displacement centers. An Israeli Army drone attacked a tent, injuring five people who were taken to Nasser Hospital in Khan Yunis. One of the injured is in critical condition.
In Deir al Balah, in the central Gaza Strip, a 51-year-old woman identified as Amina al Hisi died from serious injuries that Israeli troops had inflicted on her the previous day by shooting her, the Palestinian news agency WAFA reported.
According to sources at Al Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in Deir al Balah, where the woman’s body was taken, Al Hisi had moved to the central Gaza city from Jabalia.
Since the beginning of the military offensive on Oct. 7, 2023, Israeli occupation forces have killed 73,450 Palestinians in Gaza. In addition, Zionist forces have killed more than 1,320 Gazans since the cease-fire that supposedly took effect in October 2025.
